Dr. Joseph H. Blum, a board-certified implant surgeon, performs the implant surgery. He places 1,500 to 2,000 implants each year, completes over 200 All-on-X cases annually and has provided this treatment since 2008. He works with Dr. Karina and our on-site lab so your new teeth are planned and finished as a team.

Is All-on-X an option if I wear dentures?

Yes, All-on-X is far superior to dentures. Many denture wearers feel that their dentures never seem to fit right, no matter how often they get them realigned. The reason for this is that when teeth are missing, the bone that held them in place begins to shrink away. While the jawbone that supports the dentures is constantly receding, the pressure that dentures put on the gum ridge actually accelerates this bone-loss process, causing the slipping problem to just keep getting worse.

All-on-X uses dental implants that preserve the jawbone and prevent the “sunken in” facial look denture wearers often have. The new teeth never need to come out and stay put for comfortable chewing and confident smiling.
